Express shipping selected during check-out will not affect processing time, but will speed up delivery. We do not ship on holidays observed in Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates will vary depending on Domestic vs International shipments. Canadian orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number that was sent. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed SheNouveau is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?
All products on SheNouveau.com are in stock and available for order, unless otherwise noted. Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.
Why does my item look different than the photos online?
Resolution of the colour of an item can be dependent on monitor resolution, lighting and camera settings.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We ship with only the most reliable carriers. Once the package has been shipped , SheNouveau cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company.
We suggest that you check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.
